CommercialTitan was created to help commercial borrowers understand important metrics and organize a cleaner request before speaking with a financing provider.

Our role

CommercialTitan publishes lender-neutral education and browser-powered planning tools. We are not a lender, do not issue commitments and do not make credit decisions.

Our business model

The resources are free. If a user requests an introduction, CommercialTitan may connect that user with an independent participating financing provider. CommercialTitan may receive compensation from the provider if a referred transaction closes. This does not increase the user’s obligation to proceed.

Privacy by design

Calculator inputs are processed in the browser and are not submitted to CommercialTitan. The introduction form requests only a preliminary scenario summary and specifically prohibits highly sensitive personal or financial information.
