Information you submit
If you request a partner introduction, we collect the contact and preliminary scenario information you provide. Do not submit Social Security numbers, bank-account details, tax returns, passwords or confidential documents.
Use and sharing
Submitted information may be used to respond to the request and may be shared with an independent participating financing provider for the purpose of considering contact or a possible financing discussion. CommercialTitan does not sell submitted information as a general data product.
Hosting and retention
The site and form may rely on hosting providers that process standard logs and submissions. Information may be retained as reasonably necessary to administer the request, maintain records and comply with applicable obligations.
